Business
The workspace's own identity, and the locations of a group.
Business is what the rest of the desk reads about you. It is short on purpose: what the assistant has LEARNED about the business lives in Memory, and the deposit terms in Payments — a declared identity, generated working material and a money rule are three different kinds of thing.
Profile
Business name, country, phone, timezone and currency, your website and your Google Maps page. Each row is edited on its own, in place. Admins only.

The timezone decides what “tomorrow at 10” means on every booking, reminder and report, and the currency every price and deposit in the workspace. Both are worth settling before anything else is built on top of them. The Google Maps page is where a review request sends a client, so a missing one quietly costs you the reviews.
Your opening hours are NOT here. There is no single set of them: bookable time is the practitioners' weekly hours on Team, which is the only version of “when are you open” a booking can be made against.
Locations
A second panel, and only for a group whose subscription pays for more than one location — one desk has nothing to list. It counts what you are using against what you have paid for, and refuses to create past it: a location over the allowance is one nobody is billed for.
A location IS a desk. Creating one is the same provisioning as a signup, minus the two things the group has already settled: no card is asked for and no plan is chosen. It comes up with its own inbox, agenda, staff, services and channels, and you move between them with the switcher at the top of the sidebar — the current one is marked You are here, the one carrying the subscription Billing.
Add a locationasks for a name, an optional phone, its country and its own Google Maps link. The country pre-fills a timezone and a currency, and both are then the location's own: a group running sites in two zones bills in two currencies and books in two clocks. That is the whole form — hours and practitioners belong to the desk you have just created, and are set on its own Team page.
What the group shares is the subscription, the plan that follows from it, and the client base: Contacts belongs to the business rather than to the desk that met someone first.
