Campaigns

What your advertising spent, and what it brought back.

Campaigns reads your advertising accounts and shows them one under the other — Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads — rather than merging them into a single total. Three platforms that count a conversion differently cannot be added up honestly, so each keeps its own section, its own currency and its own per-campaign table.

It is a reading, not a console: campaigns are still created and edited in each platform's own manager. What this page is for is seeing, in one place and beside your bookings, whether the money did anything.

What each section shows

  • Meta Ads — spend, reach, impressions, clicks and CTR, then every campaign in the period with the same columns.
  • TikTok Ads — spend, impressions, clicks, CTR and conversions, and the per-campaign table.
  • Google Ads — cost, impressions, clicks, CTR and conversions, and the per-campaign table.

The chips at the top — Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month — move the Meta Ads section. TikTok and Google are read over the last 30 days whatever is picked, because that window is fixed on their side.

Connecting an ad account

  • Meta Ads — rides the Facebook connection on Channels → Social. Nothing else to do.
  • TikTok Ads — Channels → Ads. A separate authorisation from your organic TikTok account: you need a fully activated TikTok For Business account, and you must tick that ad account on TikTok's own authorisation screen.
  • Google Ads — Channels → Ads, then three values pasted from your Google Ads Manager account — customer ID, developer token, login customer ID (see Connecting Google Ads).

Each platform is fetched on its own. One that is not connected shows how to connect it and leaves the others alone, and when a connection is refused rather than absent — an expired token, a permission the account never granted — the reason is printed under it rather than shown as an empty table you would read as "no spend".

Campaign reporting is part of the Scale plan.
