The instructions behind each place your assistant writes.

Your assistant writes in four places, and each has its own instructions. When something it wrote reads wrong, those instructions are where you fix it. Three live together on Writing, one tab each; the fourth is on Agent, with the widget it belongs to.

• Replies — the drafts your team edits before sending, in the Inbox.
• Captions — the captions you review before publishing, in Social.
• Blogger — the voice of the articles on your Blog: longer, and published under your name. This tab also holds how the blog runs — its languages, the topics it reads before choosing a subject, and its rhythm.
• Agent → Settings — the answers given to visitors on your website. Nobody reviews these before they are sent, which is why this one is the most cautious of the four.

Captions and Blogger are included from Growth. On Starter the tabs stay in place and say what they need: a tab you cannot open is where you learn the thing exists.

Changing one

Each tab has the same three moves as your memory: Teach an instruction, Edit plus Lock to write the wording yourself and keep it, and Rebuild this to see it applied without waiting. Here there is nothing to aim at — an instruction left on Captions changes captions and nothing else. An unlocked block carries a warning saying so, because the next rebuild will rewrite it.

All four are written from your memory and obey your rules, so a correction that belongs to the whole business is better made there.

What it costs

The AI credits meter at the right of the tab row is what the team asks the assistant to produce, weighted by what each piece really costs: a reply draft is 1 credit, a caption 2, an article 10, and a rebuild 12 — more than a whole article, because it re-reads your business. That is true of Rebuild this as much as of the full rebuild on Memory, so press it when you have something to check, not out of habit. The nightly rebuild we run for you costs you nothing.

The allowance resets on the 1st. Used up, drafts, captions, articles and rebuilds pause until then — the assistant answering your clients is a different allowance and keeps running.
